Our protection panel FAT and commissioning support helps a project move from a factory-wired panel to a documented, energization-ready installation. The service covers document review, relay settings, secondary injection, trip path verification, communication checks and handover records.
The FAT follows the approved drawings and the project settings file. We verify CT and VT interfaces, auxiliary supply redundancy, trip circuit supervision and every protection output. When an IEC 61850 gateway is included, the point list and redundancy behavior are tested with the actual relay configuration.
The site sequence starts with a safety review and a check of the as-built wiring. We repeat the critical injection and trip tests after installation, then review the event records with the client.
